Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All delivery costs and time estimations will be discussed with you before order confirmation. The shipping calculation is based on the size, weight, number of items in your order and destination of delivery.

For all personalized and not in stock orders, please refer to the product page for the estimated lead time, which can be anything from 2 to 4 weeks.  Please contact us on +359 88 451 6086 if your order is urgent and we will always try to accommodate a quicker dispatch where possible.

For Bulgaria we use Speedy and Econt for all deliveries. For EU we use Speedy and DHL possibility.  For security reasons all our deliveries are fully trackable and always require a signature on delivery. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Whilst we hope you are very happy with your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with any of the items, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund or exchange.

Please follow the below steps:

  1. Please contact us at epoxy-resin@abv.bg call us on +359 88 451 6086 to notice us of the intended cancellation, within the 14 days of receipt.

  2. If you have already received your order, you must then return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them, with all of the original packaging, at your own cost and risk.

  3. We highly recommend that you use a courier that offers a signed for shipment tracking services and that you insure the Product for its full value while in transit. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the Product during transit and until it reaches our premises.

  4. Items should be returned to: Epoxy wood&resin address.

  5. Please inform us once you have arranged the return courier.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the goods by the same payment method that you originally used. Please note refunds will only be given on items returned in a re-saleable and perfect condition.  We cannot accept returns and provide refunds if a fault arises from your miss-handling of the product or from wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or a third party, including the courier you chose to use to return the item with. Please note that we are not able to accept returns on bespoke & personalised items.  These can only be returned if they are faulty on receipt.
